Between Event Actions

Use the link below to submit your in-game between event actions (BEAs). If you request something for a BEA and then cannot attend the following event, modules and encounters related to that action might still happen if other characters were involved. The BEA deadline for each event is two weeks after the end of each event. Between Event Action responses are sent out digitally via email on or before the Thursday before the event. If your character is owed any items with your BEA or from the last event, they will be ready for pickup at Logistics during Check-In.

Character Card Access

You can request access to view your current existing character card by sending us a quick email at the link below. Please note that the link you will receive is a permanent link that you can use at any time to view your character card. You don't have to request a new link every event. You need to have a Google ID or email address in order to gain access, as the access will be through Google Drive. Please share that information in your email. No one else, aside from the GMs and appropriate staff, has access to your character card or player information. If you cannot access Google Drive, lets us know and we will make other arrangements. If the Card Access Request Button is not working with your browser, you can send an email manually to gamemasters@corlarp.com to request access.

Skill Teaching & Card Updates

If you did not have a chance to write what skills your character learned on your card at an event, you can easily submit them to Logistics afterwards. This is also a great option if you have terrible handwriting. The Logistics submission deadline is the same as the BEA deadline, that being two weeks after the end of each event.

You also have the option to re-write or revised your character, otherwise known as a mulligan, if you have not played the character for more than three events.

CoR Discord Server

The CoR Discord Server is the perfect place to stay connected to our community, roleplay between events, and to have access to important announcements and event info. There are voice and text chat rooms set up for in and out of game communication. In-game roleplaying channels are open to all players who have attended at least one event as a PC. We ask that everyone who uses the server for role play to keep it in-game and be out-of-game courteous. Likewise, the out of game chats are for players to stay connected and hang out in an amicable fashion. The CoR code of conduct extends to our Discord server. In-game combat and aggressive skill use is not encouraged for between-event role playing, as it is difficult to moderate these types of scenarios. Any scenes which escalate to that point will be put on hold until the next event, where the scene will be laid on to resolve in real-time.

The chats rooms, for the most part, exist for players to interact with each other between events and to role play. Occasionally, and if the situation merits it, Plot Marshals will interact in the chats as well, mostly to clarify descriptions and scenes. However, between-event role play is first and foremost driven by the players and their initiative.

You can utilize the link below to find and request access to the server.
